The Technical Advisory group meets periodically at the Alameda County Office of Emergency Services, located at 4985 Broder Boulevard, in Dublin, California [map]. This group advises the Executive Director as necessary regarding matters related to operational decisions to be made in connection with implementation of the EBRCSA P-25 compliant or equivalent communications system.
